FAQ

one6G SUMMIT 2026

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to register in order to attend?

Yes. All attendees (excluding speakers and moderators) must register and secure a ticket. [Click here] for full registration details.

Once capacity is reached, a waiting list will open on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis. If a spot opens, the next person in line will be notified via email and will have 48 hours to claim their ticket before it is offered to the next person.

Please notify us at [Email] at least [X] days in advance so we can release your spot to the waiting list.

The one6G Association provides official Visa Invitation Letters exclusively for speakers, moderators, and exhibitors. If you fall into one of these categories and require a letter for your travel application, please contact the organizing team. For all other participants, your registration confirmation email serves as proof of your intent to attend the event; however, we are unable to provide personalized invitation letters or sponsorship for all attendees. We strongly recommend checking the official UK government visa requirements at least three months in advance of the London 6G Week.

Complimentary lunch and coffee breaks will be provided on both days. Please specify any dietary requirements or allergies during registration so that we can better accommodate your needs.

We do not plan to record the one6G Summit 2026 in full; however, photographers and videographers will be documenting the event to capture highlights. By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear in incidental group shots or background footage used by the one6G Association for its legitimate interests in promoting the event and its future editions across the one6G website and social media. While we cannot guarantee the exclusion of specific attendees from wide-angle crowd photography, if you identify yourself in a published photograph and wish to request its removal, please contact us at [Insert Email Address].

Yes, Wi-Fi will be available for all participants throughout the venue. Login details will be provided in your welcome pack and displayed on signs at the registration desk.

Subject to speaker approval, we aim to share the presentation decks with the registered participants following the conclusion of the one6G Summit. You will also find a written event report with highlights and key takeaways on the one6G news section.

The suggested dress code for the one6G Summit is business casual.

This year, we cannot provide any accommodation discounts but you will find some suggestions on conveniently located hotels in the “Venue & travel” section of the website.
